Position Overview:The Learning Coach plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the teaching practices and educational standards across assigned schools. This role involves extensive interaction with teachers and coordinators, providing them with the training, resources, and feedback necessary to maintain and elevate HLC’s educational standards. The Learning Coach travels frequently to the schools to ensure consistency and quality of teaching practices, working on curriculum implementation and development while also guiding teachers on effective classroom management and instructional strategies.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
● Proven experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or educational coaching.
● Strong understanding of Kindergarten to 5th-grade curriculum standards and child
development principles.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
● Willingness to travel frequently (13-14 days a month) to various school locations.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse school teams.
Key Skills:

workshops, and supporting teacher growth.
Communication & Feedback: Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and foster a
positive coaching environment.
