Social Science Teacher

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, History, Geography, or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.

Location:

• Sagara, Shivamogga (D), Karnataka (S) (Accommodation available)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach Social Science to students in grades 5 to 7, covering history, geography, civics, and related subjects.
• Design lesson plans that make historical and geographical concepts accessible and relevant.
• Utilize storytelling and interactive activities to bring social studies topics to life.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and class participation.
• Foster an understanding of cultural, social, and historical perspectives.
• Work closely with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning.
• Document student progress and share updates with parents periodically.
